The appointment which was signed by the Founder and President of Al-Ansar Foundation Dr. Mohammed Kyari Dikwa mni said the appointment to the exalted position was based on a careful assessment, competence, track record of performance and astute qualities of the incoming managing director.
AIG Mohammed Mustafa retired from the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) as Assistant Inspector-General of Police and is an Alumni of the prestigious Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) Kuru. The appointment takes immediate effect from 1st March, 2022.
Al-Ansar Security Services Limited (ASSL), which is one of the subsidiaries of Al-Ansar Foundation was established in 2019 to complement government efforts in addressing security challenges in the Nigeria Security Industry and also to provide employment opportunity to the millions of unemployed youths across the country.
In a related development, the Founder and President of Al-Ansar Foundation Dr. Mohammed Kyari Dikwa mni, has with immediate effect dissolved the board of Directors of Al-Ansar Security Services Limited. In a statement issued on Thursday 17th February, 2022, by the Office of the Founder and President, directed the Chairman of the board to refer matters requiring the attention of the board to the office of the Founder and President, pending when new board will be reconstituted. The statement further said all committees, technical committees and other similar organs established by the board are dissolved.
The Founder and President has also conveyed his sincere appreciation for the services rendered by members of the dissolved board which has brought tremendous success to the organization and wished them well in their future endeavours.
